The University of Birmingham is a public research university located in Edgbaston, Birmingham. It received its royal charter in 1900 as a successor to Queen’s College, Birmingham and Mason Science College, making it the first English civic or ‘red brick’ university to receive its own royal charter.

The University of Birmingham is in the midst of a transformational campus redevelopment. The first phase of the capital masterplan included a state-of-the art library, world class sport and fitness centre and the transformational Collaborative Teaching Laboratory.
The second phase will result in the creation of a new School of Engineering, Teaching and Learning Building and Molecular Sciences facility among others.

The 300 is a firm favourite with clients designing for large spaces with the FC and CF in a brass finish being installed within the University.
