Declarations of Conformity are available stating that Philip Payne luminaires have been tested to, and comply with, the relevant international standards for the manufacture and testing of luminaires and related products.
ISO 9001 is defined as the international standard that specifies the criteria for a company-wide quality management system. Organisations use the standard to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
ISO 45001 is an International Standard that specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety (OH&S) management system, with guidance for its use, to enable an organisation to proactively improve its OH&S performance in preventing injury and ill-health.
ISO 14001 is an International Standard for environmental management systems. An EMS supports organisations in identifying, managing, monitoring and controlling environmental processes.
ENEC is the high quality European Mark for electrical products that demonstrates compliance with European standards (EN). European Certification Bodies in the electrical sector have opened the European ENEC Mark to all electrical product sectors. Testing takes place in independent ENEC approved Testing Laboratories worldwide, and in approved Manufacturers ’Laboratories.
The LIAQA assured company mark shows that the LIA member has successfully fulfilled the criteria set by the LIA for product acceptance, manufacturing process requirements, and have provided evidence that supports product conformity. Demonstrating they have a system in place that effectively addresses product compliance and quality control.
UKCA indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the United Kingdom.
CE indicates conformity with health, safety, and environmental protection standards for products sold within the European Economic Area (EEA). The CE marking is also found on products sold outside the EEA that have been manufactured to EEA standards.
The London Underground product certificate scheme specifies the requirements for materials within all locations as listed in LU Standard S1086
