The hotel has recently undergone a complete renovation and is due to reopen in June 2021.

An extensive selection of Philip Payne emergency luminaires from the Architectural range were installed at the Hotel including the ceiling mounted 250FC. The original Philip Payne blade luminaire, the 250FC has been re-dimensioned and re-engineered many times, but the essential design of fixed void bracketry and a demountable gear section remains unchanged, making installation and maintenance as simple as ever.
