Strawberry Hill House, London

United Kingdom

Strawberry Hill House is a Gothic Revival Villa that was built in Twickenham, London by Horace Walpole (1717–1797) from 1749 onward. It is the type example of the “Strawberry Hill Gothic” style of architecture, and it prefigured the nineteenth-century Gothic Revival.

The Expost luminaire was used in the public areas along with the 250MCSH. The Expost has three full height panels, a central 8mm illuminated panel and 2 outer 4mm panels. Fabricated from stainless steel or aluminium, the frame is fixed to the floor plate via spigots with the cover housing an IP rated gear box containing terminals for all mains and internal connections. The central panel is illuminated by a long life LED strip in mains/emergency modes or if preferred emergency only mode.
