The Faculty of Arts, Design and Media at Birmingham City University is housed on a new campus with cutting edge facilities. The Arca is installed within the building, this luminaire can be recessed or surface mounted depending on building design requirements. The injection moulded body permits simple installation and the legend fixing moulding result in no visible fixings which creates a floating visual for minimal impact. The ARCA plus incorporates a legend frame to accentuate the “floating effect” in a range of environments.

When surface mounted the product has a further option of a single LED downlighter to supplement emergency schemes or provide extra vertical emergency illuminance required for higher risk/task areas called for in BS5266-10 such as push bars and secured exits.
